This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.� � This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06/10/01/2025.� � The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, with a small business size standard of $25.0 Million Dollars.� � The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Installation of Elevator Access Control System for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, California.� � All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than November 3, 2025, at 12AM PST (Pacific Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.� � All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than November 7, 2025, at 12AM PST (Pacific Time). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time.� You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.� � SCHEDULE:� The intent of this Request for Quote is to enter a one-year, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VA San Diego Healthcare System Hirsch Access Reader Installation in Elevator Cabs. The period of performance shall be 11/15/2025 to 11/14/2026. See the attached Statement of Work for further details.
