Description

(see attachment for full documentation of synopsis) The Bureau of Reclamation Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) has a need to update the office building�s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Downstream Panels. This is a project to replace the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and UPS in Wyoming Supervisory Control Building and replace other minor, outdated equipment. Major components of the work include: 1. Replacing enclosed circuit breakers MPN and MPG. 2. Replacing service entrance transfer switch MTS with service entrance Auto Transfer Switch. 3. Removing transfer switch ATS and ATS2. 4. Removing and replacing UPS1 and UPS2. 5. Removing battery charger BCA and safety disconnect switch BCD. 6. Removing bypass transformers KBB, KBA and enclosed circuit breakers XA and XB. 7. Replacing panelboard CPP1, CPP2 and PPAA. 8. Minor low voltage cable replacement. 9. Testing and commissioning installed electrical equipment. During the course of the project the contractor will be held to multiple institutional performance standards outlined in the specifications document in order to ensure safe and effective construction and quality products supplied. Work is located 705 Pendell Blvd, Mills WY 82644, Natrona County. It is anticipated that this will be a total small business set-aside acquisition. This notice is issued under FAR 36.101-4 (RFO) and FAR Subpart 5.2 (RFO). It is not a request for proposals. The complete solicitation will be posted exclusively on SAM.gov and will not be distributed via mail, fax, or in hard copy. Anticipated post date is around the first part of May 2026. All qualified and responsible sources are invited to submit proposals during the solicitation phase, and each submission will receive full consideration by the agency. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with valid UEI.
