UPDATE: Amendment 0001, this Solicitation is hereby extended to 30 April 2026 to allow for posting of Q&A as well as revising the NAICS Code to 236220 with a size standard of $45M. Quotes are to be held valid for 60 days (revised down from 180 days.) A future update will contain all the Q&A. The Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center has identified the need for updated Doors and Egress Turnstiles within B117 and B156. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12441926Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fort Simcoe Multiple Building Life Safety Improvements. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This project is at the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, located approximately 5 miles west of White Swan, Washington. The address is 40 Abella Lane, White Swan, Washington, 98952.
