Description
The Government has a requirement for thirty-six (36) new battery packs utilized in DematicEagle III AGVs operating in Building 513 at the Anniston Army Depot in accordance with the Statement of Work. North American Industry Classification System Code is 335910. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(a); therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal. All questions need to be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact no later than Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Questions will not be accepted past this date. The solicitation due date is extended from Monday, 1 December 2025 to Monday, 8 December 2025 at 12:00 PM CST. All solicitation responses must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Responses sent by email will not be accepted.
