Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, vehicles, labor, tools, materials, travel, and safety equipment necessary to perform the prescribed services within the Performance Work Statement provided within this solicitation. Please be advised that the full requirements, including Instructions to Offerors (FAR 52.212-1), the basis for evaluation (FAR 52.212-2), and Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18) are detailed in the solicitation attachments. A thorough review of all attached documents is required for a compliant submission. Offerors shall provide a completed Atch 01 - FA441826Q0073 FY 27 Runway Friction Testing Service Price List (2026).
