Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the procurement of six(6) Foam Buoy Framework Assemblies for the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) located at Stennis Space Center, MS. Please carefully review and follow the Instructions to Offerors in the solicitation documents as any offers submitted without *all* of the required information may be considered noncompliant with the requirements of the solicitation and no further consideration shall be given for award. The NAICS code for this action is 332999 and is set aside 100 percent for small business entities. The government intends to procure these supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered and active with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Unique Enity Identifier (UEI). If you do not have a UEI Number, you can register and access the site by going to www.sam.gov. Award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered and active in SAM.gov.
