Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services Solicitation Number: W911WN26QA021 Posting Date: 24 February 2026 Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Date: 2025-06 Product/Service Codes: S208 NAICS Code: 561730 Business Size Standard: $9,500,000 Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Government Organization: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Tionesta Lake, PA. The services include mowing, trimming, janitorial, leaf mulching, pressure washing, herbicide application, and raw sewage and sludge removal. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a base year, plus four option years. Submission Requirements: Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ Pricing should be submitted in the format requested by the government. Note that the instructions in the addendum to clause 52.212-1 in the solicitation regarding submission through the PIEE SOL module shall be ignored. Quote packages shall be emailed to the points of contact listed in this notice. Offerors are encouraged to add additional relevant products/services. Submitted prices will remain good for 30 days Required Delivery/Performance: Period of Performance: 1 May 2026 � 30 April 2031 Delivery Locations: Tionesta River Lake, Tionesta, PA Important Notes: The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time. Award will be made to the quoters providing the best value to the Government. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervision, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily perform all services.
