Description

Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition � Telecommunication services for OEHE Field Offices located in Gallup, NM and Farmington, NM. The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area Office in St. Michaels, Arizona intends to exercise an option with Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc. (UEI # R649KR5942C3) for telecommunication services for the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering field offices located in Gallup, NM and Farmington, NM. Period of Performance: Option Period Two: July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027 Option Period Three: July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028 Option Period Four: July 1, 2028, to June 30, 2029 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 517111 with a Small Business Administration Size Standard of 1,500 employees. In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, competition will be restricted because Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc. is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent.
