Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for 671-22-118, Replace Cast Iron Drain Lines and Chemical Waste System 2nd & 3rd Floor, Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital is located at 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for Project No. 671-22-118, Replace Cast Iron Drain Lines and Chemical Waste System 2nd & 3rd Floor. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and construction services to replace cast iron drain lines and the chemical waste system for the 2nd floor and 3rd floors for South Texas Veterans Health Care System, Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital, located at 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229. The scope of work includes repairing and replacing sanitary, waste, and chemical drains lines and all other incidentals necessary. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of solicitation. All work must comply with federal, state and local codes and regulations. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a standard size of $19M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A request for proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 36C25726R0015 shall be issued on or about November 03, 2025, via SAM.gov. A site visit shall be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation.
