Description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Small Business (SB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SBs must be listed to receive contract awards. SB must be registered on Small Business Association (SBA) https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to be eligible for award. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for RALS for Hemochron Signature Elites (Brand Name or Equal). The Contractor shall provide all software licenses, interfaces, services, training, and support necessary to connect the Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers to the existing RALS system and ensure compliant data management. All work shall be performed at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 05/08/2026.
