Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), Exclusive Licensing Agreements, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., for the Deinstallation of Siemens Symbia Evo SPECT/CT. NAICS 238290 applies, the small business size standard is $19 million. Contractor shall provide all equipment, parts, labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to deinstall one (1) Siemens Symbia Evo SPECT/CT system (S/N: 1399) located at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Services shall be completed within the contract performance period of 11/7/2025-11/6/2026. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 13:00 ET on November 5, 2025. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed to Jacob.Bishop@va.gov.
