The Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located at Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Podiatrist Services. 12-month Base Period and one (1) 12-month Option Period. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320: Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.0. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00101 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by March 21, 2026. Evaluation factors may include Past Performance, Retention, Key Personnel and, price. Quotes will be due on or by March 30, 2026. The acquisition is an ISBEE set aside.
