Description

The Government�s intent is to establish a brand name only, one-time, firm-fixed price, delivery order to acquire DSA Detection inert electric blasting caps. J&A available upon request. This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS 325920 Explosives Manufacturing, size standard of 750 employees. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns and that are authorized resellers will be accepted by the government. Any quote that is submitted by a contract that is not a small business concern or is not an authorized reseller of this product will not be considered for award. If interested in competing for this effort, vendors may participate by submitting a quote in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. The Government reserves the right to terminate the RFQ at any time during the validity period. Please submit questions no later than Friday, January 9, 2026 at 5:00pm CT to Emily York at eyork@fbi.gov. Quotations/offers and any accompanying information shall be to the attention of Emily York, Contract Specialist, at eyork@fbi.gov, no later than Friday, January 16, 2024 at 12:00pm CT. Quotations/offers sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days after submission.
