Description

AMENDMENT 0002 IS TO REVISE THE RFP IN RESPONSE TO SOLICITATION QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE QandA, AND REVISED DD254. This opportunity is for SeaPort NxG MAC Holders only and is a WOSB set aside. No other offers will be considered. This Task Order is reserved for only those contractors that are classified by the Small Business Administration as an Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program participant. Proposals from other contractors will not be considered. This is a non-personal services contract to provide contractor personnel to assist NAVIFOR N8 in identifying Resilient Command, Control, and Communications (RC3), IT Transport and Networks, NCTP C5I Shore Commands Core Tactical Baseline, and RRL IS and T requirements and capability gaps. Functions include afloat and ashore radio frequency (RF), satellite communications (SATCOM), IT Transport and Networks (Navy and Coalition), RRL related capability gap determination, analyzing solution options, and developing requirements to effectively counter current and future threats. This service supports development of end-to-end integrated and whole capabilities for RC3, IT Transport and Networks, RRL, and C5I Core Tactical Baseline including Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) considerations, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, and prioritization processes.
