Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The requirement under this contract is for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and service of HVAC systems and associated equipment, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled HVAC services to ensure reliable climate control operations. Locations of Service: 1. Primary Facility: 749 Highway 91, near Leadville, Colorado in Lake County Site Visit: Prospective offerors may contact Plant Supervisor Jenelle Stefanic to schedule a site visit no later than May 20, 2026. Contact must be made via email: JStefanic@usbr.gov. Participants will meet at the Leadville Water Treatment Plant, 749 Hwy 91, one mile north of Leadville, Colorado. Offerors are strongly encouraged to conduct a site visit to ensure full understanding of the systems, layout, and performance requirements. Refer to the solicitation attachments for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Price Schedule, Clauses and Provisions, and the Department of Labor Wage Determination applicable to this requirement. All correspondence regarding this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation should reference the appropriate RFQ number (140R6026Q0065) and LMDT HVAC Services in the subject line. Deadline for Questions: Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on May 21, 2026.
