The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is requesting information related to space companies� ability to produce satellites for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) which can provide medium to high levels of Orbital Average Power (OAP) to the payload.
