See Vendor Questions below: Can you clarify what the preventative maintenance will be for the AST's and UST's? � (Please see solicitation Amendment 1) Base Year 0003 Preventative Maintenance shall be contractor pricing on de-commissioning of two (2) ASTs at building 20. Contractors shall include bullet points of deliverables. Contractors shall include exemption bullet points to work they shall not perform. Option Years 1003, 2003, 3003, and 4003 Preventative Maintenance shall be contractor pricing on one (1) UST 40,000-gallon polishing. Contractors shall include bullet points of deliverables. Contractors shall include exemption bullet points to work they shall not perform. Where can we put the pricing for the fuel polishing? (Please see solicitation Amendment 1) Option Years 1003, 2003, 3003, and 4003 shall be contractor pricing on one (1) UST 40,000-gallon polishing. Is there going to be an allotted space to put the decommissioning of the AST s and Monthly Inspections so we do not modify your document? Please let us know where we can put these items. (Please see solicitation Amendment 1) 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 shall contain monthly UST inspections.
