Description
STEEL GRIT, GRIT SIZE 40, MUST BE SAE J1993 HCS G40H. HARDNESS MUST BE HCS G (1)H 60 HRC MINIMUM. PARTICLE SHAPE SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 5% ROUND OR HALF ROUND PARTICLES. NO VARIATIONS OF THE DESCRIPTION WILL BE CONSIDERED.CAN BE SHIPPED IN 50 LB BAGS.CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS / MATERIAL CERTIFICATION REPORT, WHICH INCLUDES STATEMENT THAT PRODUCT MEETS SAE SPECIFICATION J1993 IS REQUIRED.COC/COA MUST INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE, ANALYTICAL DATA, STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESSES, AND SIGNATURE OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.PACKAGING LABELS WILL INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER AND MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE.COC/COA APPROVAL BY MCAAP AO REQUIRED BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD.PREDICTED DELIVERY SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS. EACH DELIVERY WILL BE FOR A TOTAL OF 40,800 LBS. DELIVERIES ON 6/3/2026, 6/10/2026, AND 6/24/2026.
