Description

The U.S. Embassy in Caracas has a requirement to purchase Elevator Repair Parts. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PR16010670 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026. F.O.B Destination: U.S. Embassy Caracas Attn: Continental Freight Forwarding, Inc. 2301 NW 107th Ave, Suite 104 Miami, FL 33172 Delivery Date: No more than 15 days after the award. New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items never used and not altered in any way. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to award of this contract. Offerors shall provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and maintain an active SAM registration with current information at all times during which they have an active Federal contract. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, please submit them in writing by email to: CaracasProcurement@fan.gov no later than COB May 20, 2026. Offers are due by May 28, 2026, 5: 00p.m (local time). All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
