Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work includes replacement of approximately 1250 SF of existing roofing including removal of failed materials, substrate repair, new membrane installation, flashings, edge metal, accessories, and warranty.
