SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B �Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS is seeking a contractor to provide custom marine rubber fenders and steel mounting hardware. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Contractor shall deliver all items to GLS Receiving Warehouse no later than 90 days after award.
