Project Solicitation Number: TBD Project NAICS CODE: 236220 Project Title: WWYK210040 Repair Roof Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 19, & 20 Location: Tinker AFB � B3102 MAGNITUDE: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 The required work will be to repair and replace the roof sections 7,8,9,10,19 and 20 at Building 3102. This is a design-build contract. The contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions. The contractor shall also be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements to perform the work in the project drawings or Statement of Work (SOW). This project will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB � MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by August 1, 2025 at 1500 CST. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.
