*** DUE TO THE VOLUME AND QUALITY OF QUESTIONS RECEIVED NRL IS HOSTING A VIRTUAL QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WITH THE END USERS. NRL WILL HOST THE SESSION VIA MS TEAMS ON 10/28/2025 FROM 10AM EASTERN TO 12PM EASTERN. THERE WILL BE A BRIEF VIDEO TOUR OF THE BUILDING FOLLOWED BY A Q&A WITH TECHNICAL END USERS AND CONTRACTING DIVISION STAFF. FOLLOWING THE Q&A SESSION THE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE MAY BE EXTENDED, HOWEVER NRL RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO EXTEND. TO REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL TOUR AND Q&A SESSION PLEASE EMAIL THE CONTRACTING POC AT graham.w.fisher.civ@us.navy.mil. IN THE MEANTIME THE PROPOSAL DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 10/31/2025.*** This is a request for proposals. Please see the attached Combined/Synopsis/Solicitation and RFQ Attachments for more information. THIS RFQ IS HEREBY EXTENDED. PLEASE REVIEW NEW ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND REVISED CSS. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL FINAL PROPOSALS BY THE NEW DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 31, 2025. THE REVISED AND EXPANDED SPECIFICATIONS DOCUMENT SUPERSEDES THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT LISTED AS ATTACHMENT 1.
