Description

NOTE: All sources may submit a quote or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a quote or quote, as applicable, including U.S. sources, must already have, or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. Any contractor not already doing business in Korea as a local source, must submit adequate verification in its initial quote or quote, that it has the requisite authorization and capacity to compete for the requirement as a local source, and to perform the contract as a local source. If an initial quote does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror qualifies as a local source shall be determined by the Contracting Officer. ******************************************** This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to award a Firm?Fixed?Price (FFP) purchase order for Basic Life Support (BLS) services in support of KMEP 26.1 at Camp Warrior, Rodriguez Live Fire Complex, and AHA Susan Ri, South Korea. This requirement provides Basic Life Support (BLS) services for the 12th Marine Littoral Regiment (MLR) and 12th Littoral Combat Team (LCT) in support of exercise KMEP 26.1 from 16 March 2026 to 7 April 2026. The contractor shall provide washers and dryers with generator support, a 20?foot freezer container with generator rental/service, and floodlights with generators, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). RFQ Closing Information This Request for Quote (RFQ) closes on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 at 1300 Korea Standard Time (KST). All Requests for Information (RFIs) will be answered only through a formal written addendum to the solicitation. Phone calls will not be answered regarding this requirement. Attachments: W90VN9?26?Q?A029 � Solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS) ( attached and includes all required service details, to include location information with GPS/MGRS coordinates and supporting photos of the operational areas for Camp Warrior, Rodriguez Live Fire Complex, and AHA Susan Ri. QUOTATION SUBMISSION These instructions ensure the Government can properly evaluate quotations. Offerors must follow all instructions carefully. The Government may make award based on initial quotations without further communication. Offerors must submit sufficient information for the Government to determine their capability to Perform all requirements. All commitments made in the quotation will become part of the resulting contract.
