**************************** INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT*********************************************** WHEN: MARCH 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM (EST) WHERE: ONLINE VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS. Considerations for Interested Vendors: Ensure that the physical location of the transitional housing site is in accordance with the city of Lexington�s zoning requirements for that area. Verify if the transitional housing site is within a residential neighborhood governed by a Homeowners Association. If so, verify that the HOA will allow a transitional housing site within that neighborhood. If a vendor plans to provide a transitional housing location for veterans on the sex offender registry, please ensure that the location meets all requirements as defined in KRS 17.545. Please see attached KRS 17.545 https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53981 Please ensure that the physical location of the transitional housing site will meet all criteria as defined in the attached Health Care for Homeless Veterans CRS Programs Inspection Packet.
