Description
The purpose of the amendment is as follows: 1. Extend the due date to March 13, 2026, 10 a.m. CST. 2. Provide vendor questions and answers. 3. Provide site visit date, time, and location. Vendor Questions and Answers Can you please tell us if the pipes to be jetted are 4-inch, 6 inch or 8 inches? We have 8 inch leaving the building and 11 inch between the man holes. Is water available onsite or do we need to bring water? Water would need to be provided by vendor. A jetter truck will be needed. How close are the water hookups to the manholes? N/A How many gallons are the grease traps? Map attachment does not show size of tanks. The existing are not standard grease traps. They are actually manholes and would estimate 500 gallon. The new trap will be 600 gallon/ temp will be 200 gallon. Can you jet forward and backwards from each manhole? Yes, but only one way to the building. Is a site visit mandatory? Not mandatory but highly recommended. Who is the current vendor on the current contract? There is no current contract. The last contractor that had a contract was Mid-South Septic Service. What was the last dollar amount awarded to the last or current contractor for these services? The last dollar amount total value $45,000.00 What are the grease trap holding tank sizes/holding capacities? The new tank is 600 gallon/ temp tank is 200 gallon and the existing are not tanks, � manholes estimated at 500 gallon. Is there an incumbent? If so, please provide the total contract value, length and number. Mid-South Septic Services/ Total value-$45,000.00/ Base + 4 year but did not exercise option 2 due to change in scope. Is the scope of work the same as the previous contract? No Are site visits permitted for this opportunity? Yes, highly recommended.
