Description
**RFI response due date is extented. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. 1. Contract Information: The Huntsville Engineering and Support Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (CEHNC) is seeking to identify qualified business sources to provide and install Integrated Modular Medical Support Systems (IMMSS) systems product for Military Health System (MHS) facilities worldwide. Systems Product refers to a group of interacting, interrelated or interdependent furnishings components which form a complex whole and are based on a modular or standardized concept (with respect to dimension, type, color, etc.). Systems Product is comprised of many components working together in an administrative or clinical workstation or other design solution. Additionally, systems product is movable and reconfigurable using the same parts and pieces with a high degree of integration and recoverability of use. Specific items to be procured include workstations, workstation partitions, work surfaces, storage units and shelves, miscellaneous componentry such as keyboard trays, related lighting fixtures, rail systems to support medical equipment, and unique medical components for pharmacies, nurse stations, laboratories, and other healthcare applications. Specific freestanding items to be procured consist of ergonomic seating, guest/side seating and waiting room seating, filing and storage components, tables (to include Sit-to-Stand tables and clinical tables), medical carts and lockers, and shelving systems. The Government is performing market research in order to determine sources available that possess the capability to execute the kind of work identified in attachment 1: IMMSS Capabilities Statement. Interested sources should provide a completed Capabilities Statement in order to facilitate the Government's market research efforts. 2. Submission Requirements: This Sources Sought announcement is unrestricted to allow small and large businesses to respond. Any firm that believes it can provide a product that meets the Government's need is invited to submit a completed capability statement, no later than 12:00pm Central time on 22 January 2026. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, Brandalyn Fox at Brandalyn.L.Fox@usace.army.mil. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
