Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NON-COMPETITIVE (NOTICE OF INTENT) SYNOPSIS TOAWARD A CONTRACT WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION(INCLUDING BRAND-NAME). The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) requires acomprehensive service agreement for the Cytiva Biacore S200 Surface PlasmonResonance (SPR) system located in the Early Translation Branch (ETB) laboratories. Thisinstrument is a critical shared resource used to support multiple research programs andrequires continuous operation to ensure research continuity and data integrity. Purchase Description: The contractor shall provide a comprehensive service agreement for the Cytiva Biacore S200 SPR system, including: �One (1) annual preventive maintenance visit including full system diagnostics andperformance verification �Repair services, including troubleshooting and corrective maintenance �Replacement parts (OEM-certified) �Labor and travel costs �Software updates and system optimization (as applicable) �24-hour telephone technical support All services must be performed by Cytiva factory-trained and certified personnel. Salient characteristics: The required service must meet the following minimum requirements: �Compatibility with Cytiva Biacore S200 SPR system �Access to OEM proprietary diagnostics and software updates �Use of genuine OEM replacement parts �Service performed by OEM-authorized, factory-trained engineers �Full-service coverage including parts, labor, and travel �Preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal system performance PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 5/17/2026 - 5/16/2027
