The Clinton Indian Health Center, Pawnee Indian Health Center and Lawton Indian Hospital, Indian Health Services, located in Clinton, Pawnee and Lawton, Oklahoma is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify any resources to support the requirement for: Establish Firm-Fixed-Priced, Commercial Item, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to provide surical instruments to include repairs and maintenance services as needed. This solicitation is being issued under solicitation number IHS11072025BPA. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this procurement is 811210 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification Code is 6515 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, and Equipment. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capabililty information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntarily.The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
