**********THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY********** Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from the market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to make a single award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm-fixed prices for Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Velocity testing for the Adults in Custody (AIC) at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington, located at 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, with four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 621111 � Offices of Physicians, (Size Standard of $16 Million). General Information regarding the BOP is located at www.bop.gov. The contractor shall provide Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Velocity Testing services to include upper and lower extremities according to the following schedule: Scheduling of clinics shall be subject to the mutual agreement of FMC Lexington and the contract provider. FMC Lexington anticipates an estimated thirty (30) sessions per year but retains the right to schedule more or less sessions as needed. A session is defined as one nerve study. Multiple AIC nerve studies may be conducted on the same day. The work schedule will be between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The work schedule will be mutually determined by the contractor and the FMC Lexington Contracting Officer Representative (COR). All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
