Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Industry, Inc. for maintenance services of the existing Koolant Koolers Chillers for the MRI, at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 12.102(A) soliciting from a single source. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, application and technical phone support necessary to perform service and repair on the Koolant Koolers (Dimplex Thermal Solutions) Chillers equipment located at the Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC), in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant experience, and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted. NAICS Code 811210 / $34 million. Responses received by 9am EST. on April 14th, 2026 will be considered by the Government.
