Area K Lease Lands Tile Drain Pump Rebuild Parts This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 10, California Great Basin, Klamath Basin Area Office (KBAO) is seeking potential sources capable of supplying Goulds OEM pump components required for the rebuild of four tile drain pumps located on the Area K lease lands. The Government is evaluating the appropriate acquisition strategy for this requirement. The requirement is for the procurement and delivery of the following Goulds OEM parts: - 2 - Goulds 10" RJHC / 1-Stage bowl assemblies - 2 - Goulds 12" RJHC / 1-Stage bowl assemblies - 2 - 10" cone strainers - 2 - 12" cone strainers - 16 - 1�" � 5' oil tubes - 16 - 1�" � 1" line shaft bearings - 4 - 1�" � 1" top head shaft bearings Only Goulds manufactured OEM components are acceptable; no substitutes, aftermarket parts, or remanufactured items may be provided. Delivery Location: Bureau of Reclamation Klamath Basin Area Office 6600 Washburn Way Klamath Falls, OR 97603 Delivery is expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO). A detailed Specifications document is attached to this notice. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 333914 - Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing (small business size standard: 750 employees). Competition, set aside decisions, and whether a brand name specification remains appropriate may be based on the results of this market research. Interested firms should submit a capability statement addressing their ability to meet the attached specifications.
