The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico, 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Three (3) Non-PSC Registered Nurse (RN) Services for the Ambulatory Care Department. The requested POP for the three (3) RN services requested will be as follows: One (1) Non-PSC RN Services with a Period of Performance will include a Base Period (6-months) + Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. And 4 additional Option Periods (6-months each). Two (2) Non-PSC RN Services with a Period of Performance that will be for only 6-months from date of award.
