MARINE CORPS SYSTEMS COMMAND POSITIONING NAVIGATION and TIMING INDUSTRY DAY EVENT February 24-25, 2026 Prepared by: Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Program Manager Tactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare (TCE) Product Manager (PdM) Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A: Approved for public release. Distribution is unlimited. INTRODUCTION The PdM PNT will be sponsoring quarterly Industry Day events for PNT capabilities. The purpose of these Industry Days is to provide an opportunity for industry to deliver information on their capabilities that may be relevant to PNT. The first PNT Industry Day will be on 24-25 February 2026. The PNT Industry Day event is UNCLASSIFIED and will be held in Stafford, Virginia. This event is by invitation only. Companies will register via the URL (listed in the message). Registration closes at 1700 EST on 6 February 2026. The PNT Program Management Office (PMO) will review registrants and assign timeslots. Timeslots are not guaranteed. A follow-on email will be sent to registrants, providing either an assigned timeslot or advising that a timeslot was not assigned. This Industry Day event announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes as part of Marine Corps market research; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal. No solicitation document exists, and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the Industry Day event, questions, or Government responses. The Government will not be liable for any expenses associated with individual or corporate attendance of this Industry Day event, nor is the Government obligated in any manner based on any submitted question, answer, or response submission. The information obtained through this Industry Day event may be used by MARCORSYSCOM in developing a future Acquisition Strategy, Performance Work Statement, Statement of Objectives, or Performance Based Specifications. ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADEQUATELY GUARDING OR PROTECTING PROPRIETARY OR COMPETITION SENSITIVE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THEIR DISCOURSE, DEMONSTRATION, OR PRESENTATION PROVIDED TO GOVERNMENT. The Government shall not be liable for damages stemming from improperly identified or discussed proprietary information. The information provided in this Industry Day announcement and event is notional and may change. The Government is under no obligation to revise any aspect of this announcement should any Government-delivered information herein or at the event change. The Government will provide additional information and issue additional requests for information at its sole discretion. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The United States Marine Corps requires resilient, reliable, and secure PNT capabilities that enables effective maneuver warfare and expeditionary operations in Global Positioning System (GPS) denied and Electromagnetic Warfare contested environments. The current reliance on GPS as the primary PNT source creates unacceptable operational risks, necessitating the acquisition and integration of new Military (M)-Code capable GPS receivers, and alternative/complementary PNT solutions to ensure continued mission accomplishment in degraded or denied environments. Examples of capabilities the PNT PMO is interested in industry to discuss as �Desired� for the first Industry Day event are provided below. M-Code Mounted Solutions M-Code Handheld solutions Anti-Jam/Anti-Spoof antennas/receivers Embedded GPS Solutions Alternative Navigation / Non-GPS Solutions Inertial Navigation Systems / Inertial Measurement Units CMOSS-compliant/SOSA compliant cards/common chassis Military GPS User Equipment Increment II Technology Readiness Levels/ Prototype status of capabilities Future quarterly Industry Day events may have targeted capabilities requested, which will be defined in future announcements. INDUSTRY DAY AGENDA Assigned Industry Day timeslots should be focused on technical capabilities and how their capabilities might current and future USMC PNT needs. Participation in the Industry Day event is not a prerequisite for submitting any future proposal. Those who wish to participate will register using this online form. Limit white papers and info sheets to a total of four pages. The PNT PMO will review all requests, verify registrant US Person Status, and assign timeslots at their discretion. Timeslots are not guaranteed. A follow-on email will be sent to registrants, providing either an assigned timeslot (and associated logistics information) or advising that a timeslot was not assigned. MilTech will be coordinating Industry Day logistics. Please submit all scheduling and logistics questions to amy.larose@montana.edu. Participation in this Industry Day event is not to be construed as either a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services, or for the Government to pay costs for any information received. Participation in this PNT Industry Day event is at the sole expense of the attendees. The PNT Industry Day content is UNCLASSIFIED. The event is limited to US citizens only. Foreign nationals may not participate in the PNT Industry Day.
