Description

Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called �LLNS�) is seeking sources that have existing capabilities, or can reasonably develop capabilities, to produce LLM-105 at the scale of quantities described within the RFI. Only contractors with expertise and experience in the following will be considered: Mixed nitration chemistry and analytical methods in the production of high explosive substances. Scaling production from small-batch or pilot-scale manufacturing to high-volume production. Experience in contamination mitigation and waste management as the result of high explosives synthesis. Contractors must possess the necessary contractor qualifications and must be manufactured exclusively in the United States.
