Description

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will publish the Request for Proposals (RFP) on the SAM.gov website when it becomes available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, has a requirement for the acquisition of Mobile Subscription Services. The anticipated performance period will consist of a one (1) base year with one (1) one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award a contract based on initial proposals without discussions. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. Proposals will be evaluated using a comparative evaluation process in accordance with FAR 15.305. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in responding to this requirement. Guidelines for SAM registration are available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp Performance of this contract will take place in Singapore. Prospective offerors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally. Contractors are responsible for complying with all applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws and must ensure that all such obligations are satisfied prior to contract performance.
