Description
*Amendment 0001 issued to update CLIN descriptions to include pricing for Progressive Lenses and remove requirement for Jackson Safeview Frames. Please be sure to sign and return a copy of amendment with your quote.* This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside for provision of Safety Glasses to Watervliet Arsenal and Benet Laboratories employees for a base plus two option years to include two visits for fittings (two hours per visit) monthly throughout the period of performance. Please fill out pricing listed in the CLINs on the solicitation. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Service Contract Labor Standards do not apply.
