THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY UPDATE 02 - May 19th, 2026 1) The responses to RFI's have been posted. 2) The name of the document for the RFI responses is "WWYK240015 - RFI RESPONSES" 3) Proposals are due June 2nd, 2026 @ 1400 (2:00 pm) 4) Please send proposals to SSgt Isaac Demmers at isaac.demmers@us.af.mil THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY UPDATE 01 - April 24th, 2026 1) The Site Visit Sign In Sheet has been posted and is labeled as: "WWYK240015 - Site Visit Sign In Sheet" 2) Request for Information (RFI's) are due ***MAY 1ST, 2026 @ 1300 (1:00pm)*** 3) RFI's must be sent to SSgt Isaac Demmers at isaac.demmers@us.af.mil 4) A DOD SAFE link will be sent out with "specs" and "as-builts" to all Prime Contractors. If you are a Prime Contractor and did not receive a DOD SAFE link, please reach out to SSgt Isaac Demmers at isaac.demmers@us.af.mil 5) As stated in the Statement of Work: "If necessary, additional as-built drawings are available from 72 ABW/CE - Engineering Support, located in B400" 6) If necessary, additional Specs are available from 72 ABW/CE - Engineering Support, located in B400 THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY Project Title: WWYK240015 - REHAB TANKS 62501E & 62501W Project Solicitation Number : FA813726R0020 WWYK240015 - REHAB TANKS 62501E and 62501W - Tanks 62501E and 62501W are located in the Tinker AFB Industrial Waste Treatment Plant. The objective of this project is to replace the cathodic protection system for both tanks, and electrical for the raised platform. Strip and replace interior tanks and the piping to the 4 valves controlling infill and exit protective coating. Clean and recoat the exterior stairs, the raised platform and their structures. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or accessing the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission sent to your email. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractors points of contact ONLY, to have a DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any sub-contractor email addresses. THIS POSTING IS FOR TINKER AFB - MAC BOA HOLDERS ONLY After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP, the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, Initial Site Visit is set for Friday, 24 April, 2026 at 1000 (10:00 am). The meet up location for the site visit will be held at the parking lot of B62516 (IWTP entrance). Specific directions can be found in the document named: "Att12_240015-Drawings" You must attend the initial Site Vist for the project, to be considered eligible to propose.
