Description
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, administrative and technical support, equipment, labor, management, materials, personnel, subcontractors, supplies, tools, transportation (except as expressly set forth as Government furnished), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described herein. This is a 8(a) Competitve Set-Aside
