Description
The Southern Nevada VA Medical Center s Food and Nutrition service, located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086 intends to issue RFQ 36C26126Q0082 to provide Dairy products for a base year plus (4) four one-year option periods. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 311511 Fluid Milk Manufacturing, Size Standard: 1,150 employees. Please see RFQ document 36C26126Q0082 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26126Q0082. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical capability, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 5 PM Pacific Time, November 4, 2025.
