This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award the contract for Air Compressor Replacement at Buiding #75 for USCG Base Elizabeth City located at 1664 Weeksville Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z08119QCV99500. The NAICS code is 333912. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-08. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable. Relevant Past Performance information should be three references within the last five years (5) years. Provide Company's name, point of contact, telephone number, fax number and email address. This information MUST be current. Failure to submit the completed FAR 52.212-3 may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation.
