The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to re-solicit the Benefits Enterprise Services (BES) requirement on the GSA Alliant 2 GWAC. The forecasted solicitation date is February 13, 2026. A draft revised PWS is being provided with this RFI Amendment to notify interested vendors of the below material changes to the requirements: The Period of Performance will now be a 12-month base period with two 6-month option periods. PWS Paragraph 5.1.1: Transition Support to BES Transition period has been reduced from 6 months to 3 months. PWS Paragraph 5.8 Optional Task 3 - Appeals Product Line Help Desk Support: Updated from a flexible firm fixed price optional task to now be specifically for the Appeals Help Desk requirement. Interested vendors are advised that VA is continuing to analyze additional acquisition strategies aimed at optimizing IT support services for benefits-related IT systems. This adjustment is part of VA s ongoing efforts to ensure alignment with future modernization objectives and improved service delivery.
