Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA460826QC094 is issued as a Request for Quote for screw compressors IAW Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics and Attachment 3 - Statement of Work. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Notice to Offerors: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotations. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotations by unit price per item and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual item needed. Description of Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is for the delivery and installation of two (2) oil injected screw compressors along with all the additional work as required per Attachment 3 � Statement of Work. Delivery Terms: Freight on Board (FOB) Destination: Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN): CLIN: 0001 Product/Service Description: Removal and Replacement of two (2) oil injected screw compressors IAW Attachment 2 � Salient Characteristics; and Attachment 3 - Statement of Work Quantity: 2 Unit: EA Due Date and Time Questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Tuesday, 14 July 2026. Answers to questions submitted in accordance with (IAW) specified due date will be provided on or around Wednesday, 15 July 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below by 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Thursday, 16 July 2026.
