Description
The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide the Questions and Answers document generated from vendor inquiries submitted prior to the April 21, 2026, deadline. 2. Incorporate the updated Statement of Work (SOW v2), which includes revisions highlighted by the Government to address welding/metal fabrication scope and related clarifications. 3. Extend the solicitation due date from May 8, 2026, to May 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Accordingly, the following changes are made: - The document titled -Questions and Responses - Fort Frederica National Monument Flagpole Enhancement - Solicitation 140P542R0008- is hereby incorporated into the solicitation and made part of the solicitation package. - The document titled - Statement of Work (SOW) v2 - is hereby incorporated and replaces the previous Statement of Work in its entirety. - Section L - Proposal Submission Deadline is revised to reflect a new due date of May 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. All other terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offeror Acknowledgment Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by completing Block 19 of the SF30 or by returning a signed copy of this amendment with their proposal. Failure to acknowledge this and all other amendments may render the proposal nonresponsive.
