FPC Yankton - Durand PTAC Systems

Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, located in Yankton, South Dakota, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for PTAC Systems for Durand. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for small businesses. Interested vendors are invited to submit quotes based on the specifications outlined in the request for quotation. The Government requires Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) with Hydronic Heat and Wall Sleeves. Specifications are further outlined in the combined synopsis solicitation document. Important Information Vendors are required to have registration in SAM.gov. The combined synopsis-solicitation is expected to be available on SAM.gov on 5/28/2026. All quotes must be submitted using the specified format provided and received by June 5th, no later than 11:30 Central Standard Time. Delivery and Award Information Deliveries will only be accepted after the effective date, as noted on the SF18 issued by the Contracting Officer. Deliveries shall be pre-arranged/scheduled with the receiving warehouse. Submissions must include: Company Name, UEI number, and Point of Contact information. Documentation of ability to provide materials meeting the technical and historic preservation specs. Recommended NAICS code and confirmation of Small Business status under that code. Quotes will not be accepted via telephone or fax. All inquiries must be submitted via email in the specified format with a signature.
