Description
amendment 001- Extends the due date for the quotes and answers posts questions and answers. Description - Conduct Bi-annual inspection and servicing of the eight (8) copy machines at the following office locations: Taos (Supervisor�s Office), Tres Piedras, El Rito, Questa, Canjilon, Penasco, and Jicarilla (Ranger Districts) per the Performance Work Statement of this Solicitation (See ATTACHMENT 2). All locations are situated in Northern New Mexico and requested by the Carson National Forest. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAV26Q0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Bi-annual inspection and servicing of the eight (8) copy machines This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811210 The small business size standard is $34 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. SEE ATTACHMENTS
