Description

Amendment 0004 extends the due date from 21 OCT 2025 to 25 NOV 2025 and changes to FS6457 Delivery Schedule. Amendment 0003 extends the due date from 17 JULY 2025 to 21 OCT 2025 and Removes Narratives ES7450 and CS6510. Amendment 0002 extends the due date from 03 JULY 2025 to 17 JULY 2025. Amendment 0001 to solicitation to add 1500 (hour) local time to the solicitation due date of 03 JULY 2025. Solicitation SPRDL1-25-R-0148 THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE for a 5 Year Long Term Contract (LTC) with the following requirement: ITEM: ROD, PISTON, LINEAR ACTUATING CYLINDER NSN: 3040-00-183-7680 PART NUMBER: 11636276 MINIMUM / MAXIMUM QUANTITY: 9 each / 250 each INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: Origin FOB: Destination PACKAGING: Military B SET-ASIDE: Total Small Business Set-Aside FIRST ARTICLE TEST (FAT): Qty 3 units is required for this action. *Other than New Material worksheet and First Article Test Waiver worksheet will be provided upon request* TDP: Technical Data is available for this procurement. Please note: ONLY the Data Custodian, as identified in the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) will be granted approval to download the Technical Data Package (TDP), once it is made available in Contract Opportunities �- No Exceptions. REVERSE AUCTION The solicitation will contain a provision entitled, �Reverse Auction,� which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist. EXPORT CONTROLLED Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.sam.gov). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page (https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form. Mail the Form 2345, along with the required documentation to to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at JCP-ADMIN@DLA.MIL or dlacontactcenter@dla.mil. Your firm must request access to the TDP in Contract Opportunities (www.sam.gov) in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP. If you do not have access to Contract Opportunities, recommend you register as soon as possible.
