***This advance notice is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a SET ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.***. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific Code 41160 Tactical Data Links (TDL) and Code 41190, TDL Support and Communications Branches are the designated Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Agents (CB-ISEA) responsible for the hardware life-cycle management of TDL and associated communications systems.
