Description
The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Cornell-Carr Co., Inc. for the procurement of a Heated Window, part number CC-10367-1. Cornell-Carr Co., Inc, cage: 21204, UEID: JRHJJRY6DWK3 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and the only authorized provider of parts and services related to the Heated Windows installed on USS Wichita. The required Heated Window are proprietary to Cornell-Carr Co., Inc, no third-party companies are authorized or certified to distribute or service equipment manufactured by Cornell-Carr Co., Inc. The notice of intent is for information purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for a proposal, request for quote or an invitation to bid. All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement asoutlined above. The anticipated award date is 14 July 2026.
