Description
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal commercial products and services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 procedures. Quotes are being requested. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $12,500,000. The 5th MXS is requesting a contractor to inspect, repair, and replace all worn and damaged parts, replace all 4 tires with foam filled tires, and replace hydraulic and engine oil and filters on the JLG M600JP Boom Lift (Equipment #COE92875) utilized by Dock 8�s Maintenance flight at Minot AFB, ND.
